Prompt Printshop specialises in custom printed products. Due to the personalised nature of our services, all orders are subject to the policy below.
1. Custom Printed Products
All products supplied by Prompt Media Printshop are custom printed to order using artwork provided by the customer.
As such:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Custom printed items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrectly produced.
By placing an order, you confirm that your artwork and specifications are correct.
2. Artwork Responsibility
We print exactly as supplied.
Prompt Media Printshop is not responsible for:
Spelling or grammar errors in supplied artwork
Incorrect sizing or layout
Low-resolution files
Colour variations due to RGB submissions
Missing bleed or incorrect margins
Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready before submission.
3. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order is:
Damaged during delivery
Printed incorrectly due to our production error
Not in accordance with the approved artwork
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
Clear photographs of the issue
A description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed as a production error, we will:
Reprint the order at no additional cost
OR
Provide a refund at our discretion
4. Colour Variations
Due to differences between digital screens and printed output:
Minor colour variations are not considered defects.
CMYK printing may differ from RGB screen previews.
We recommend submitting artwork in CMYK format for best results.
5. Order Minimums
All white vinyl sticker orders are subject to a minimum quantity of 16 A4 sheets.
Minimum quantities apply per product and per design submission.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Courier & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been handed to the courier:
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control.
If a parcel is damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours.
