Prompt Print
To ensure accurate and high-quality printing, all artwork must be supplied print-ready according to the specifications below.
We print exactly as supplied. Please review these guidelines carefully before uploading your files.
1. File Format
We recommend submitting artwork as:
Print-ready PDF (preferred)
High-resolution JPEG or PNG (300dpi minimum)
All files must be flattened and final.
Editable files (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Canva links) are not accepted.
2. Resolution
Minimum 300dpi at final print size
Low-resolution files may print pixelated or blurry
Images copied from websites are usually too low quality
3. Colour Mode
Artwork must be supplied in CMYK
RGB files may result in colour shifts
Screen colours may differ from printed colours
Colour variations between screen and print are normal.
4. Bleed & Margins
Where applicable:
Include 3mm bleed on all sides
Keep important text at least 3–5mm inside the trim area
Do not place critical elements too close to edges
Files submitted without bleed may result in white edges after trimming.
5. Sizing
Artwork must be set to the exact product size selected.
We do not resize or adjust artwork unless arranged separately.
Incorrect sizing may result in production delays.
7. eProof Approval (If Selected)
If your order includes an eProof:
A digital proof will be sent via email
Production begins only after written approval
Carefully check spelling, layout, and sizing
Once approved, changes cannot be made.
8. Artwork Responsibility
By uploading your artwork, you confirm that:
The file is print-ready
Spelling and content are correct
Dimensions and bleed are correct
You have the legal right to reproduce the artwork
Prompt Media Printshop is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files.
9. File Size Limits
If your file exceeds the upload limit:
Compress the PDF without reducing quality
Or contact us for a secure file transfer link

We recommend having artwork professionally prepared to avoid production issues.
6. Sticker Sheet Layout (For A4 Sheets)
For white vinyl sticker sheets:
Final sheet size must be A4 (210mm x 297mm)
Include proper spacing between kiss-cut elements
Ensure cut paths are correctly indicated (if required)
Minimum order: 10 A4 sheets per design.
