These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Prompt Media Printshop website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Business
Prompt Media Printshop provides custom printed products manufactured according to artwork and specifications supplied by the customer.
All products are made to order.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without notice.
Full payment is required before production begins.
Payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers.
We do not store credit card details.
5. Artwork Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork:
Is correctly sized
Includes required bleed (where applicable)
Is set to appropriate resolution (300dpi recommended)
Is in CMYK colour mode
Contains no spelling or design errors
Prompt Media Printshop prints exactly as supplied.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files.
6. Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the artwork; or
You have permission to reproduce it.
Prompt Media Printshop is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements arising from submitted artwork.
7. Proofing & Approval
Where an eProof is provided:
Production begins only after written approval.
Once approved, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Failure to carefully review proofs may result in printed errors for which we are not responsible.
8. Production & Turnaround Times
Production times are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to high demand, equipment issues, or force majeure.
We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from delays.
9. Delivery
Orders are delivered via third-party courier services.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
If goods arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours.
10. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
Custom printed items are non-refundable unless defective.
Production errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability
Prompt Media Printshop shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Colour variations due to screen differences
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
12. POPIA Compliance
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Load shedding
Supplier failure
Transport disruptions
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
